This hands-on cooking class can teach you in a matter of hours the secrets of some of the country's most popular dishes.
Visit colorful and vibrant Ben Thanh market to obtain the necessary ingredients for your cooking lesson. While in the market you will be given a tour and the chance to learn about local ingredients. Back at the Vietnam Cookery Center, follow along with the chef and discover how to create the delicate and refreshing flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. Use traditional Vietnamese kitchenware to prepare and enjoy a tasty 3-course meal.
Then sit with your fellow classmates to sample the array of dishes prepared during the course. Photos taken during the class, a small gift, and a certificate signed by the chef ̶ in addition to
the new recipes for wowing friends and family back home ̶ are yours to keep, in memory
of an entertaining day of Vietnamese food and culture.
